High Efficiency Multi-blade Block Cutter

Single-arm suspension structure is adopted in the GQJ-160/220/250 block cutter.The main working part can move up-and-down with the help of lead-screw. The cutting of blocks is realized with the blades move down slowly and the trolley moves right and left regularly, both of which are powered by electric motor. The novel design of upper trolley well solves the problem of slicing. The spindle, as a crucial part, has been casehardened to improve its stiffness.The feeding and retrieving of blades and the movement of trolley are centrally controlled by the control panel with high level of automation.The slabs that they produce are plane on the surface.
